The Burning Ship map z -> (|Re z| + i|Im z|)^2 + c iterated over the parameter plane, framed on the westernmost large two-master of the armada at about c = -1.9410. There is no tone ramp anywhere and 76 percent of the file is exactly black. The vessel is drawn by the exterior distance estimate alone, which holds one hairline width from hull to finest ratline, and the sea and sky are equipotential contours of the smooth count normalised by its own gradient.
